We use this Hi Gear Annex as a toilet and wash tent as we refurbish our ruined cottage on a west coast Scottish island and it has withstood substantial winds and rain to our amazement and delight! The description suggests it is adequate to use for a weekend, but we used it for the whole 6 nights.
