Initially, 15 plant substances are macerated in a neutral sugar cane spirit to extract flavour compounds and essential oils. Their signature dry gin – while their other expressions focus on particularly interesting flavours, this one features a more traditional flavour profile with up-front juniper and citrus. We’ve recreated tradition, distilling with 21 botanicals handpicked from around the world, with 6 signature unique botanicals rarely found in gin.

In production, they use two distillation techniques, maceration and vapor infusion, to create McQueen, making small batches of just 500 litres at a time!They wasted no time getting to work creating an original, bold range of Scottish Gins that were unique and innovative. This is followed by delicious juniper undertones that come through as you indulge yourself in this unique gin adventure.
